Yesterday Otto von Schirach and Doormouse arrived in Tilburg.

The MASE System was also build up in the Hall Of Fame. 8 Boxes in the hall that will give the opportunity to send sounds in all directions, using special equipment from the MASE Interface. Today Doormouse, Otto von Schirach and Rioteer will get all the instructions from Stefan Robbers from Muzieklab, who is one of the inventors of the system, and probably best know to you as from the Acid Junkies.

Venetian Snares & Otto Von Schirach Announce US Live Dates In Fall: The Detrimental Disco Wibble Tour 2008

Breakcore badman Venetian Snares just announced he’ll be in the States this Winter and late Fall for a string of live shows.  The solo producer will be supporting his new album of hazzardous beauty, DETRIMENTALIST! Venetian Snares will be joined by another longtime glitch meistro – Otto Von Schirach, plus Cyrusrex and NAHA.  The Detrimental Disco Wibble Tour 2008 will start on the East Coast in September, explore the Midwest in October/November, then warm up in Otto’s homebase of Miami before heading into the sunset – to SF via Austin in December.  Only a few dates are known at the moment, but I can already hear fans in SF going wild…

new Rioteer site is now online!

RIOTEER has been working up quite a storm in the European breakcore scene with his blend of really heavy breakcore, speedcore and just plain weirdness. His roots lay in all kind of electronic music, a big blent of punk and African Percussive Music. For 4 years Rioteer played in Afrodisiac, a African Percussion group and uses these influences in his tracks. In the past he played at a lot of well known breakcore parties in the Netherlands and Abroad. For example Rioteer played at Breakcore gives me WOOD III in Ghent & the first Clash of the Titans party in Berlin. In the past Rioteer had his weekly radio show at radio raket Tilburg which unfortunately is off the air at the moment. Furthermore he is active in Tilburg as part of the Crackbeats events in Tilburg.

Check his releases on his own Crackbeats label, and keep checking his agenda for some cool gigs like on ZXZW september 19, he’ll do a special surround set with Otto von Schirach and Doormouse!
